Hickam Communities (HC), the US Air Force’s preferred developer in Hawaii, completed its initial development in September 2013. The $820M program included developing, designing, and constructing more than 1,200 new homes, two community centers, a recreation complex, and numerous community amenities and restoring and rehabilitating more than 1,000 historic and non-historic homes.
Hickam Communities homes are located on Hickam Field at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and Bellows Air Force Station.
