Focused on what matters most.
For nearly 25 years, Centinel has been dedicated to overseeing one of the largest military housing privatization portfolios in the United States.
We are driven by an uncompromising passion for responsible development and are dedicated to creating safe, sustainable communities that positively influence the way our service members and their families live.
In partnership with the Department of Defense, we’ve created more than 32,000 residential units, including Unaccompanied Personnel Housing apartments. Centinel holds 50-year commitments for the ongoing maintenance and management of the properties in its portfolios.
In August 2009, we assumed ownership of more than 3,200 hotel rooms located across 10 United States Army installations and became the first and only developer to operate under the Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) program. Since then, the Army selected us to expand the program such that Centinel is responsible to develop, construct or renovate, operate, and sustain hotels at 40 military installations, bringing the total portfolio to more than 12,000 hotel rooms.
