The Development Operations Director (DOD) is responsible for establishing and managing the operational framework, policies and tools needed throughout the development business. This role ensures that operations are streamlined, productivity is continuously improving and the governance of development operations are effective. The DOD will be working alongside the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Development to foster strong relationships with Centinel’s stakeholders while ensuring that our operations are aligning with both their expectations and regulatory requirements. Abilities required for the role include creating and executing strategic plans efficiently; analyzing development, construction, cost and project data; and monitoring economic and technological trends to mitigate risk and leverage opportunity.
